Be a teacher and make a difference

This is the story of the Starfish

One day a little boy was throwing starfish into the ocean when he was approached by an old man.

After observing the boy's actions, and a beach covered with hundreds of helpless starfish,

 the man told the boy that he couldn't possibly save them all and that what he was doing, saving one or just a few, wouldn't make any difference.

Then, the little boy picked up another starfish and replayed:

 "it makes a difference to this one."
